Decorate a Tote Bag Craft In-Person
Join Tolland Youth Services and Tolland Public Library for another seasonal craft. Using paint markers, paint, and other materials, decorate and design your very own tote bag. Registration is required for each child or teen designing a bag.
Once registered, drop in anytime between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM to create your bag!
